We are still here to treat your children
Adirondack Pediatrics is still open to treat your children. To protect you as well as our staff we are adjusting how we see patients. When you call in for an appointment, a staff member will be asking you a series of screening questions to determine what the best way is to deliver care to your child.
Our first choice is going to be to offer a Video visit with you and your child. To provide this service you need to have a device that can connect to the internet that has both a camera and a microphone. The following operating systems and browsers are currently supported:
- Android: Chrome, Edge, Opera, Samsung
- iOS: Safari
- Windows: Chrome (for windows 10), Firefox (for windows 8.1), Opera
- Mac: Safari, Chrome
We have a link setup on our resources tab that will take you to some informational videos on how a Video Visit works.
If possible, we ask that you provide the following current vitals on your child:
At this time, we realize not all patients or visit types can be accommodated via Video Visit. So if we need to see you in person you will be asked to call us when you arrive and wait in the parking lot for a provider to come out and see you child. Once you child has been assessed if we need to bring them into the building they will be brought directly to a room.
